Recalls

The Recall Report locates all patients who are overdue for visits who don't have upcoming appointments, generating reminder letters or postcards and recording its output in a log.

Algorithms

Algorithms are branching sets of questions about patients that can be used for diagnosis, screening, treatment, and risk assessment. For example, you can use an algorithm to determine the cause of anemia, or decide on the appropriate treatment for a patient with hyperlipidemia. The program comes with an algorithm library, which you can edit, and you can write your own algorithms. The program automatically notifies you when there is a relevant algorithm when you start a medication, make a diagnosis, or record a test result.

Brochures

The program comes with over 1100 patient education brochures covering medications, diseases, and other topics. You can write your own brochures, and the program keeps a log and electronic copy of each brochure you give a patient. It automatically notifies you when there is a relevant brochure and offers to print it for you.
