    System Features

    • Guarantor Driven System - tracks information by admission, patient and guarantor.  The guarantor’s alphanumeric code can be tied to an infinite number of patients and their admission records, eliminating duplicate input.

    • Integration of the systems allows your staff to view and schedule appointments across the healthcare enterprise. All appointments can be reviewed and confirmed prior to actual booking.

    • The Billing & AR Module gives you complete control over an enterprise-wide accounts receivables management. This graphical-based program provides common screens for access to patient information, clinical documentation, and charge and payment details, while allowing your staff to effortlessly process statements, claims, and time of service receipts.

    • Complete control over security is built into the system.  Users will be assigned a specific security number and specific access to areas of responsibility.  An audit trail of activity will assist in error prevention and control.

    • Clinic Manager™ also includes a unique ad-hoc report writer that is very easy to use, intuitive and is designed for getting information out of the database efficiently. You have the flexibility of saving custom reports then use them routinely. The reports may be viewed on-screen, exported or printed as needed.
