Instant Medical
History: Provides a convenient and effective
way of capturing the patient's medical history and history of
present illness. The system offers a complete series of
questions that are easy for the patient to respond to. The
questions offered are based on how the patient has answered previous
questions. The result is a very complete summary of the
patient's history that is imported and interpreted by natural
language interpreter in Welford Chart Notes. For more

Reminder
Pro: Provides a convenient way to remind
patients of appointments or other general information the clinician
chooses to provide. The system contacts each patient
automatically and provides a verbal reminder in the voice of the
provider/clinician and will even leave a message on the answering
machine if the patient is not available to take the call. For

Brentwood:
MEDCOM supplies all of the connectivity to
seamlessly integrate the Brentwood ECG system into Welford Chart
Notes. Brentwood's advances design and engineering skills
permit the ease of use expected to efficiently capture and store the
information for fast retrieval. The interpretations are
entered directly to the patient's record and a permanent link to the
actual graphic image for reference is only a click away. For

X-Link
is middleware that provides End Users with the capability to
exchange data between medical software packages and/or data service
providers produced by a diverse array of manufacturers. The software
packages and/or data service providers are generally categorized as
Practice Management Systems (Billing), Electronic Patient Records
Systems (Charting), Laboratory Systems, Prescription Systems,
Dictation Systems and other categories. For

Hardware:
MEDCOM can supply hardware configured to the needs of each
facility. However MEDCOM has found that most organizations
have a hardware vendor they have been using for their needs.
MEDCOM will work with any vendor to be sure the equipment and
configurations are correct. If there is anything that cannot
be supplied through the current vendor, MEDCOM will assist in
